can you have conferences and then divisions inside the conference? like in NFL there is AFC and NFC, then AFC north south east west and NFC north south east west I think you should be able to do this so for a 24 team league, you can have 2 conferences, with 4 divisions each so you play each team in your division twice, each in your conference once and then maybe one from the other conference and then have playoffs set up like the NFL
