League commish's need to be able to have the power to set people keepers. ESPN allows this and it just makes it easier to just have the keepers texted to you.
When all teams have their keepers selected, just go to Edit Rosters>These are the keepers only then return to hit "These are the complete rosters but still draft this season..."

You can do this using the Edit Rosters function under Commish Options.
