Players dropped go onto 24hr waivers.
Will those dropped via weekly waivers be available to add on Thurs at 8AM?
What about players dropped via add/delete - are they available 24 hours after the transaction or a some "set time"?

Yes, during the regular season they will be. When you add or delete a player through Edit Rosters, the same format will hold - they will have to process through waivers and can be claimed Thursday.
