Why is the mock draft not available in my league/
They are there. Go to the Draft tab on the top navbar and then "Try out a mock draft for this league" - here is a link to one of yours:

The mock works in that league but not the other.
I believe we e-mailed you regarding it, but to hold a league-specific mock draft, there needs to be a live draft date scheduled (you can always remove the date or change it around if you want).
So you can go ahead and mock after a date is scheduled.
