Your roster was illegal; it should be rendering fine now.
It isn't. I can't move him from this weeks IR because of league rules. I did move him off for next week plus cut a player so I even have room on my bench.

That's the correct behavior. You're in w weekly league and your roster was illegal when the slots locked this week.
The damn guy was on IR until wednesday :(
