As commish, can i draft for teams that are unable to make it?

also can i remove hurt players from auto pick??

If it is a live draft room, the Flea software will autodraft for absentee owners. In an e-mail draft, the Commish can make picks for anyone on the clock.

Yes, but make sure you pause the pick within 5 seconds when it's their turn or hit undo if it drafts.
