Pierre-Cedric Labrie will open the 2013 campaign with the Lightning. "Labrie has come from so far, such a character person and brings unbelievable intangibles," coach Guy Boucher said. "He's a good hockey player, too, and not just a big guy. He can play, so we felt that he was bringing some of the things we were lacking." Labrie plays a physical style and he doesn't shy away from dropping the gloves. It's probable he'll serve as the club's 13th forward.
