Jarret Stoll (concussion) is skating on the third line in the Kings' pregame warm-ups. Although nothing has been confirmed, it looks like Stoll will play for the first time since absorbing a high-hit from San Jose's Raffi Torres on May 14. Stoll's projected linemates are Trevor Lewis and Dwight King.

There are no updates on the status of Jarret Stoll (concussion)according to coach Darryl Sutter. Stoll skated in practice on Thursday but it was a non-contact practice. Sutter was quite evasive when asked if Stoll would be ready to go. "I have no further update on Jarret Stoll, and there won't be any update on him unless you give us an update on somebody from Chicago," Sutter said. Stoll suffered a concussion on a hit from Raffi Torres in Game 1 of Round 2 against the Sharks and hasn't played since.

Jarret Stoll (concussion) practiced with the Kings again Tuesday but will not play in tonight's Game 7. Stoll suffered a concussion on a hit from Raffi Torres in Game 1 of this series against the Sharks and hasn't played since. Stool continues to skate but still isn't ready for contact. He said won't rush anything. "I've had a couple of these - three or four of these before - so it's not a first time, and there's no sense trying to be a hero when you're talking about your brain," Stoll said at practice Tuesday.

Kings center Jarret Stoll, who suffered a concussion on a hit from San Jose Sharks winger Raffi Torres in Game 1 in this Western Conference semifinal playoff series, said Sunday he feels good and will continue to be active as long as he has no recurrence of headaches or other symptoms. He said there is no timetable for his return."Push it more and more every day, without setbacks. You have a setback, you have to start over again," Stoll said. "Just take it slow." He also said Torres has reached out to him, though Stoll wouldn't discuss what they said. Stoll and Torres were teammates in Edmonton, and Stoll was in Torres' wedding party. Stoll didn't seem to carry a grudge toward his old friend. "It's a game. You play the game, there's hitting and physical play involved. You take that chance," Stoll said. "It was a hockey play and a hit that did what it did. It's over now."

Jarret Stoll practiced in a non-contact jersey with three other Los Angeles Kings on Sunday. Stoll is dealing with a concussion from that infamous Raffi Torres hit, which might just keep him out of the second-round series as well. Martin Jones, Keaton Ellerby and Alec Martinez were the other skaters.

Jarret Stoll (undisclosed) skated on Friday for the first time since absorbing a high-hit from San Jose's Raffi Torres on May 14. Stoll is believed to be recovering from head and shoulder injuries. "He skated for a few minutes this morning, so you just keep seeing where it goes," Kings coach Darryl Sutter said. "It's not if he fell off the bike because he had a headache or something, then you're back to square one. It's basically, OK, he rode the bike, had a certain heart rate for eight minutes, so it's really not that big a deal. So this morning he went and skated for 15, so then you just evaluate again tomorrow morning and go from there." Sutter added that Stoll isn't close to returning.

Jarret Stoll has not resumed skating since suffering an upper-body injury in Game 1 against San Jose, but he has been doing some off-ice workouts. "He rode yesterday, rode the bike for a few minutes, and you've got to watch heart rate," coach Darryl Sutter said Thursday. "Then he'll do that again today. It is that protocol. So is that progress? It is if it's good today. He's out at the practice rink this morning. [Reporter: But he's not skating?] No. He's not skating." TSN's Darren Dreger has reported that Stoll suffered head and shoulder injuries after being hit by Raffi Torres.

Jarret Stoll (undisclosed) isn't expected to return on Thursday. Stoll has been sidelined with what's likely a head injury after being hit by Raffi Torres. Torres was suspended for his actions. "He's obviously a very good player," Sharks coach Todd McLellan said of Stoll. "The suspension that Raffi had imposed on him also affects us, so we both lost valuable players in this series. Both teams have players that are playing banged up, and the positive thing for both teams is that no one is really making excuses. Whoever you put out there has to play. That's the way it's got to be."
