The Red Wings have extended Diaz a training camp tryout, but the defenseman has not decided if he will accept it, reports MLive.com. Diaz played 63 games for three teams last season -- the Habs (46), Canucks (six) and Rangers (11) -- but was also a healthy scratch for 21 games. The Wings are eyeing him because he's a right shot on the back end, but his handlers have told the Wings the defender still has some options on the table and is still weighing what he wants to do.
