The Ducks signed Holzer to a one-year contract on Thursday. Holzer, who the Ducks acquired this past March in a trade with Toronto, saw action in 34 NHL games last season (all with the Leafs), recording six assists and 25 PIM in the process. He'll continue to provide the Anaheim blue line with depth this coming season.
