While it was Tavares' first tally in nine games, the two-point night upped his production to six goals and 17 points through 21 games. After posting 280 points over 271 games from 2011-12 through 2014-15, Tavares has posted just 0.88 points per game since the beginning of last year. He's still an elite talent, but his underwhelming supporting cast hinders his ability to produce elite fantasy results. He's still a top-tier pivot in all settings, though.
