The 30-year-old Kulikov split 2020-21 between the Oilers and the Devils -- he has four assists, 51 shots on net, 93 hits, 49 blocked shots and a minus-3 rating in 48 contests overall. He'll play in a bottom-pairing role with the Wild, so fantasy managers can leave the veteran defenseman on the waiver wire.
