Pysyk signed a two-year, $2.25 million contract with the Sabres on Tuesday, Mike Harrington of the Buffalo News reports. It's a good deal for the Sabres, as Pysyk is a promising young defenseman who is likely ready to spend most, if not all of the 2015-16 campaign with the big club. He suited up for seven games with Buffalo last season, tallying a total of three points in those contests. He spent most of 2014-15 with AHL Rochester, registering a total of 17 points in 54 games with the team.
