Pens coach Mike Johnston offered no update on Ehrhoff following Tuesday's loss, but it appears as though the defenseman may have suffered another head injury. The 2014-15 campaign has pretty much been a nightmare scenario for the veteran blueliner. He hasn't been able to stay healthy, and when he has skated, he's put up only 14 points in 49 contests.
