Paajarvi will replace Alex Steen (upper body) on the top line alongside David Backes and Patrik Berglund. Steen will be out at least a month.

Blues head coach Ken Hitchcock didn't want to disrupt the cohesion of the other lines, so he's tapping Paajarvi, who hasn't been in the active lineup since Feb. 9. The 24-year-old Paajarvi has five points in 36 games this season.
