Malkin lit the lamp on five shots during Tuesday's 4-3 victory against the Oilers.
EDGE Analysis
It was business as usual for the Russian as Malkin scored his seventh goal of the year. The 30-year-old has 13 points to date and he's pacing for a massive campaign. The 2004 No. 2 pick has been struck with the injury bug in multiple seasons, but if he can stay on the ice, the center is one of the most dangerous forwards in the league. It also doesn't hurt that Malkin has Phil Kessel at his side, who is cemented in his role with the Penguins after the team's Stanley Cup win. Pittsburgh trots out an explosive offense and all parties will continue to benefit.
