MacDonald chipped in an assist in Saturday's 7-2 win over the Red Wings. Signed to a large extension by the Flyers last April, MacDonald is already giving the team a case of buyer's remorse. MacDonald is on track to finish with a point total less than half of his mark from a year ago, and has already served as a healthy scratch for multiple games this season. He's been more of a lineup regular of late, but with only two points in his last 16 games, it might not be long before he's banished to the press box again. That $5 million cap hit may be even look worse in the years to come.
