Larsen (undisclosed) stayed overnight at a hospital after leaving Tuesday's matchup with New Jersey on a stretcher, John Shannon of Sportsnet reports.

Larsen will head back to Vancouver to be further evaluated by team doctors which effectively rules him out of Thursday's away game against Tampa Bay. Unless the blueliner is able to rejoin the team's road trip, he could be out of the lineup until at least Dec. 16 when they are at home against the Lightning.
