Krejci recorded an assist in 18:59 worth of ice time in Thursday's 6-3 win over Columbus.
EDGE Analysis
Krejci, who centered a line in Thursday's season opener with Ryan Spooner and Danton Heinen on the wings, has re-established his health and is thus in line to retain his top-six role and power play assignment for the B's going forward. The team figures to do some line-shuffling once Patrice Bergeron returns, but for now, versatile veteran David Backes, who had been on track to play on Krejci's line, is working with Brad Marchand and David Pastrnak, with that trio having combined for 12 points Thursday.
