Kopecky (upper body) was activated from IR and will play Thursday against the Canucks, Harvey Fialkov of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports. Kopecky missed the last four games with the injury. The winger is expected to play on the Panthers' checking line Thursday, but don't expect him to bring much value in that capacity. He's managed just one goal and six points over 33 games this season.
