Kadri was assessed a minor penalty for an illegal check to the head, and he acknowledged after the game that he might be punished for it. He served a three-game suspension last season for a goalie interference incident, but his disciplinary record is otherwise fine. Kadri's recent team-mandated suspension for off-ice transgressions shouldn't be a factor in determining his punishment.
