Joe Corvo logged a season-high 21:13 of ice time against Florida on Tuesday. He has skated in two games this month and appears to be earning a spot on Ottawa's blueline after he was scratched for a long stretch in November (11 of 12 matches). "It feels good to play my game the way I've played in the past and do what is expected of me," said Corvo, who has two goals and six assists in 12 games. "I think I'm doing that right now. I'm moving my feet, making plays, just trying to make it impossible to take me out of the lineup." He could be worth monitoring if he stays in the lineup.
