Hoffman found himself in head coach Dave Cameron's doghouse down the stretch, which obviously didn't help his case for reaching the 60-point mark. Cameron has been fired, but the Sens have been hesitant in starting contract negotiations with the 26-year-old. Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reported that Hoffman would "love to stay in Ottawa," but it remains to be seen if he's in their plans moving forward.
