Halak will start Game 2 for the Islanders on Friday night, according to Newsday's Arthur Staple. Halak played well in Game 1 versus Washington so it's no shock that he starts this game. Halak will need to be at the top of his game however as the Caps are sure to come out much harder after playing a very cautious Game 1.
