Gunnarsson (groin) did not skate Wednesday, Jeremy Rutherford of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

Gunnarsson sustained the groin injury in Monday's practice. The Blues' depth on the blue line has been tested in training camp so far, as veteran defender Robert Bortuzzo has been dealing with a lower-body injury as well. This Thursday is Gunnarsson's last chance to draw into a regular-season game before the 2015-16 campaign is underway. He should be considered day-to-day.
