Edmonton Oilers place Eric Belanger (groin) on injured reserve. The Oilers plan to recall someone from their AHL affiliate before tonight's game. Belanger re-injured his groin during the second period of Monday's game. It was just his second game back in the lineup since being activated from IR on Saturday.
