Colten Teubert will be permitted to test the open market. He wasn't given a qualifying offer so he'll become an unrestricted free agent. Teubert joined the Oilers from Los Angeles in the Dustin Penner trade. He appeared in 24 games with Edmonton in 2011-12, but spent the lockout-shortened season entirely in AHL Oklahoma City.
