Clutterbuck (lower body) is expected to return to the Islanders lineup Tuesday in Detroit, Arthur Staple of Newsday reports.

Clutterbuck has missed nine straight and 10 of the past 11 games due to the injury. Doug Weight stated Monday that Clutterbuck wouldn't play until he was 100% healthy as he and the team didn't want to chance him re-aggravating the injury further. Apparently that time has come and Clutterbuck should return to his fourth line pest role Tuesday.
