Boychuk has returned to practice but isn't taking any contact. The season doesn't start for two weeks but there were a few red flags raised Wednesday when the team signed Dennis Seidenberg. The signing could've been just for veteran defensive depth or it could be to cover themselves in case Boychuk will be out long term.
