Bouwmeester (upper body) will return to the lineup Monday against the Penguins, Andy Strickland of Fox Sports Midwest reports.

Bouwmeester has been sidelined since Jan. 8 with the upper-body injury but appears to have finally overcome the issue and will rejoin his teammates on the ice sheet. The blueliner has 11 points (one goal, 10 assists) through 44 games this season, and will look to improve on that total Monday night. He was slotted alongside Alex Pietrangelo during morning skate, and appears poised to play there during the evening's contest.
