Bourque saw 18:35 of ice time in Saturday's preseason loss to Columbus, including over six minutes on the power play. He skated mainly on the Preds' first line alongside Mike Ribeiro and James Neal. At the start of training camp, rookie Filip Forsberg was slated to play left wing on the Preds' top line with Neal and Ribeiro, but over the last week or so, it appears Bourque has since been moved into this slot with Forsberg playing on the second line with Derek Roy and Craig Smith. Bourque has typically played more of a checking-line role the past few seasons, so this move to the top line definitely gives his fantasy value a boost. He's worth a late-round sleeper pick for those of you in deeper formats.
