Bickel was reassigned to AHL Iowa on Friday.Though there's an opening in Friday's lineup for a defenseman with Jared Spurgeon (face) ruled out, coach Mike Yeo decided Christian Folin, who was recalled from AHL Iowa, was better equipped than Bickel to fill the void. The 28-year-old Bickel, who has one point in nine games with the Wild, seems to be regarded as just an organizational depth player at this stage of his career.
