Benn (hip) will play in Tuesday's preseason contest against the Blues, Mark Stepneski of the Stars' official site reports.

Benn participated in a scrimmage last Monday coming off a surgery on both his hips in April. It appears he's healthy, and it sounds as though he should be ready to go for the start of the regular season.
