The reigning scoring champ is going to make it difficult for anyone to steal his crown this season. Benn scored three points in a game for the second time this season and took over the NHL scoring lead with 15 points through nine games. He set up Patrick Sharp's first goal with Dallas on the man advantage and fed Cody Eakin for a shorthanded goal. Outside of Carey Price, Benn is the frontrunner for the Hart Trophy in the early stages of the season.
