Zetterberg scored a goal and added a power-play assist during Saturday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Islanders.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran finished off the campaign with a goal and five assists during a three-game point streak. Zetterberg suited up for all 82 games for the third consecutive season, and his 11 tallies and 45 helpers were serviceable fantasy marks in deeper settings. However, his 6.1 shooting percentage tied his career-low mark, and he's probably not suited to log top minutes on a winning team anymore. While the 37-year-old forward is signed through the 2020-21 season at a $6,083,333 salary, it wouldn't be a complete shock if he didn't play out the pact.

Zetterberg notched three assists, two of them on the power play, in Tuesday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Blue Jackets.
EDGE Analysis
The 37-year-old isn't the offensive force he used to be -- his 10 career goals this season is a career low -- but Zetterberg has still scored at least 50 points in each of the last four seasons, and he's now passed Sergei Fedorov for fifth place on the Red Wings' all-time career points list.

Zetterberg tallied a goal and added an assist against the Sharks in a 5-3 loss Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Though the 37-year-old has 36 assists in 69 games, which is plenty impressive for a player of his age, the Swede only has 10 goals. Though he's still playing a fair amount of minutes, he's averaged 19:46 per game in ice time, the production isn't quite what it was in his prime. However, at least he can still help fantasy owners on the power play. Hank has 15 points with the extra man.

Zetterberg lit the lamp on the power play in Saturday's 3-1 home win over the Hurricanes. According to the Associated Press, the captain has tied Red Wings Hall of Famer Ted Lindsay for career goals at 335 apiece.
EDGE Analysis
That's elite company for Zetterberg, who has proudly represented the Red Wings through the good times and the bad. As noted in this latest report, when it comes to Detroit legends, only Gordie Howe, Steve Yzerman, Sergei Federov and Alex Delvecchio have more career goals than the 37-year-old Swedes, who has three years left on a contract valued at $6.08 million annually.

Zetterberg deposited an even-strength goal in Sunday's 3-2 home loss to the Maple Leafs.
EDGE Analysis
This was only the eighth goal of the season for Zetterberg, who entered the game with a paltry shooting percentage of 2.8 through the first 19 games this year. While the captain may be losing confidence in his shot, he does have 32 assists to keep him relevant in plenty of fantasy leagues.

Zetterberg recorded an assist Sunday, helping the Red Wings skate away with a 5-4 overtime road win over the Capitals.
EDGE Analysis
The captain extended his point streak to three games with the second-period apple on an Anthony Mantha goal. Zetterberg needs just one more goal or helper for 40 points on the season, but with the way his season has gone -- only seven tallies on a career-low shooting percentage (6.0) -- fantasy owners shouldn't bet on him lightning the lamp for his next point. Still, the Swede could probably care less about personal accolades with the Red Wings in great danger of missing the playoffs for the second straight season.

Zetterberg chipped in a goal and three assists (one on the power play) to complement a plus-2 rating in Friday's 7-6 overtime road loss to the Islanders.
EDGE Analysis
This was the second four-point performance for Zetterberg this season. Chopping through the Islanders zone has been an easy task for most teams since the injury bug has decimated New York's blueliners, including shot-blocking maven Calvin de Haan (shoulder), but credit Detroit's captain for playing far superior to Jonathan Tavares -- who wound up with a minus-4 rating despite notching a pair of helpers.

Zetterberg is operating with a career-low 5.8 shooting percentage this season.
EDGE Analysis
Detroit's esteemed captain only has six goals on 104 shots, which leaves him in danger of finishing with 10 tallies of fewer for the first time in his career. With the Red Wings ranking 27th in total offense, the onus is on Big Z to start creating more opportunities for himself, but there should no be complaints about his 25 helpers on the year.

Zetterberg (undisclosed) missed practice Saturday, but he's still expected to be in the lineup against the Lightning on Sunday evening, MLive.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Detroit's captain has compiled one goal and three helpers to complement a plus-3 rating over his team's four-game winning streak. His ailment -- whatever it might be -- isn't considered to be serious, and we fully expect the leader will do all he can to inflict damage on the league's top offensive team.

Zetterberg didn't record a shot in Friday's 4-2 win over the Panthers, though he managed to pick up his 600th career assist on the game's final goal.
EDGE Analysis
One of the most well respected players the game has to offer, Zetterberg moved past Russian Alexei Kovalev for sole possession of 85th place among assist leaders in NHL history. Big Z hitting that milestone helped his fantasy owners only a little bit -- it was just an even-strength setup to Gustav Nyquist -- but the captain should be smiling from ear-to-ear knowing that his team is in the midst of a four-game winning streak ahead of a daunting matchup against the offensively charged Lightning on Sunday.
