"You play for 17 years, I'm very content. At the same time you have that feeling like, 'Am I really done?' You've been doing it so long, you feel like you have to go back and do something. But I'm happy if this is the end of my career. I've faced the reality of that." Rolston has 342 goals and 761 points in 1,256 career NHL games.

It doesn't appear as though the Boston Bruins intend to re-sign Brian Rolston prior to July 1. He played well for the Bruins after being acquired at the trade deadline with three goals and 12 assists in 21 contests. The 39-year-old forward said after the season was over that he wasn't sure if he wanted to retire, so he might see what offers are out there before making a decision.
