Blake Comeau's two-game suspension for hitting an opponent from behind could open a lineup spot for Cam Atkinson with the Columbus Blue Jackets. Atkinson has been a healthy scratch the past three games, losing his lineup spot after a 6-1 loss last week at Chicago. Atkinson, despite being scratched, is the Blue Jackets' third-leading scorer with 18 goals. The Jackets' coaching staff did not feel Atkinson's complete game has been good but they're hoping the time off will motivate him.
