Bobby Ryan was held out of Ottawa's practice on Thursday with what is believed to be a minor injury. The Senators skated outdoors for the session on softer-than-usual ice, so they didn't want to take any chances with their star winger. "We kept him off the ice (Thursday) because of where we were going," coach Paul MacLean said. "We're just guarded. We're just making sure. We don't anticipate there is any (problem) there, but we just want to make sure." Ryan should be fine for the Senators' first game back after the Olympic break, but if his status changes then we will let you know.
