The St. Louis Blues demoted Jake Allen back to the AHL. He's been up and down lately but hasn't played in the NHL this season. This is a clear sign that Jaroslav Halak is healthy enough to at least dress. Brian Elliott has been lights-out lately, so it will be interesting to see how St. Louis proceeds here. Allen isn't a big fantasy factor this season, but that can change once the logjam clears up.
