Peter Mueller played with Florida rookies Drew Shore and Jonathan Huberdeau in Tuesday's 6-5 overtime loss to Washington. The trio combined for three goals and three assists in the contest, but the Panthers blew a two-goal lead late in the third period and ended up with the extra session defeat. "Things were clicking, and the puck was bouncing our way," Mueller said. "It was a tough one to swallow, but thank goodness for the shortened season because we have 48 hours to focus on our next opponent." Mueller has picked up four goals and seven points in 12 games with his new club. His play on the team's "Kid Line" could be something to keep an eye on.
