Sebastien Caron practiced with the Lightning on Tuesday after clearing waivers. Caron was signed to a one-year deal by Tampa Bay on Monday. The goalie was playing in the German Elite League. Before a player in Europe can join an NHL club in-season, that player must clear waivers. With Dustin Tokarski assigned to Norfolk and Mathieu Garon injured, Caron and Dwayne Roloson are Tampa Bay's active goalies.
