Howard allowed three goals on 26 shots Thursday, but shut the Penguins down completely following Chris Kunitz's mid-second-period goal, allowing the Wings to mount a comeback and come away with an overtime win. Not the greatest of outings for Howard, but he did rebound quite effectively after allowing all three goals in the game's first 28-plus minutes. Expect him back out there again Saturday in Philadelphia.
