Scrivens turned aside 22 of 24 shots en route to his first victory of the season over the visiting Lightning on Monday. It took five starts, but Scrivens finally erased the goose egg in the win column for the Oilers, who are now 1-4-1 on the season. Despite his solid play against one of the league's most formidable offenses in Tampa Bay, we wouldn't go scrambling to grab him (or any other Oilers netminder) off your wire just yet. It's probably best waiting for the skaters in front of Scrivens to prove they're capable of stringing a few wins together, first.
