Datsyuk (shoulder) isn't expected to return to game action until next weekend, Helene St. James of the Detroit Free Press reports. It appears the Red Wings are targeting Oct. 25 for Datsyuk's return, which would result in a total of seven missed games for the star forward. Datsyuk is still awaiting clearance for contact from Red Wings team doctors, but once that happens, he'll likely only need a few practices to get back up to full speed. Health has been a major stumbling block for the 36-year-old the last few seasons, but few forwards can match Datsyuk's per-game scoring production when he's in the lineup.

I can't wait to see the Wings once he's back in action, they are playing great so far(considering how many young guys are on the team this season) and I'm inclined to believe they would be undefeated so far with him in the mix.
