Anderson shut out the Panthers on Monday, turning aside all 30 shots he faced for his first win of the season. Anderson has now stopped 64-of-67 shots in two starts this year and will likely have earned a slight cushion between himself and Robin Lehner for Ottawa's starting gig with this performance. The Sens play again Thursday (Colorado) and Saturday (Columbus) so owners of both Anderson and Lehner should pay close attention to who coach Paul MacLean hands the starters' reins over to as the week progresses.
