Kesler scored a goal and added two assists in his first game as a Duck on Thursday, a 6-4 loss to the Penguins. Despite the loss, this is a very positive debut for Kesler, who slumped to just 43 points and a minus-15 rating last year. Now, after a decade with the Canucks, he's got a fresh start, and he's made the most of it Thursday. There's no reason it shouldn't continue as long as he's healthy and keeps playing with Ryan Getzlaf and Corey Perry.
