Chris Butler has agreed to a one-year, two-way deal with the St. Louis Blues. Butler had 16 points and a minus-23 rating in 82 games with the Calgary Flames last season. He also ranked second in the NHL with 211 blocked shots. The Blues defense for the start of the season already looks pretty much set, but there's a small chance that Butler will be able to beat out Ian Cole for the final roster spot.
