Ryan Callahan has agreed to a six-year, $34.8 million contract with the Tampa Bay Lightning. Tampa Bay got Callahan as part of the Martin St. Louis deal. Callahan is the type of player that's more valuable to his team than he is to most fantasy squads. In a good season he'll get you 40-50 points, but his true value comes in what he brings to the locker room and the physical nature of his game. If you're in a league that uses hits and blocked shots than he's usually worth a look, but he'll be more-or-less a non-factor in standard leagues in 2014-15.
