Patrick Sharp assisted on both Chicago goals as the Blackhawks edged the visiting Minnesota Wild 2-1 in Game 5 of their second-round playoff game Sunday night. Chicago, defending NHL champion, leads the series 3-2. All five games have been won by the home team. Sharp has two goals and four assists in the Hawks' 11 post-season games. Sharp's assists were on goals by Bryan Bickell, his sixth of the playoffs, and Jonathan Toews, his fifth. Toews' goal, the game winner, came at 4:33 of the third period. The Wild led 1-0 after the first period. Bickell's goal came on a power play in the second.
