The Los Angeles Kings have promoted Colin Fraser. Fraser successfully cleared waivers in February and was sent to the minors. He had three goals and six points in 10 AHL games. He also had two assists and 30 penalty minutes in 33 contests with Los Angeles in 2013-14.
